I have a confession. I have a problem. I just can't help myself. I NEED to bake.
As my family, friends, and of course my husband can attest to, there is little else I would rather be doing. My friend S recently said to me, " You must single handedly keep the margarine companies in business". She's probably not too far off.
So, today, I begin my blog to chronicle my adventures in baking, and whatever else may happen on the way.
